poor shaping, flooded cuticles, zero apex on nails. i just don’t understand why nail techs don’t take the time to perfect the art if its their literal livelihood. it’s so frustrating paying money that i worked for for subpar services. to the nail techs: when you flood the cuticles, it makes the nails lift prematurely. it looks like garbage. when you rush through your work, it looks like garbage. customer retention is not achieved by rushing through your work.
Been a client for many years! They do a great pedicure and the salon is always clean!
The people are nice but the quality of work is awful
