I've been seeing Dr. Hoyden since 2019. She helped me navigate choosing my first pair of hearing aids. She explains things in a clear and thorough way. All of the staff are friendly too.
Went to Cherri Hoyden's office for a hearing test. Halfway through the test, Cherrie Hoyden interrupts, and states I should be able to hear the beeps coming through the headset and said my other medical condition may be interrupting me. Cherie Hoyden was saying I should raise my hand as she preferred, not when I confirmed hearing the beeps. I was taken aback by her claim and statement, which made the remaining tests uncomfortable to complete. I have raised my concern to the Washington Medical Commission.
