Dr Pumphrey is so professional and thorough. She listens to you and explains everything for me to understand and I appreciate her patience .
Dr. Pumphrey is a new doctor for me. I just moved here and wanted to get established. She seems very nice, and I like her, but I didn't have insurance when I got started with her, and I made clear my financial limitations. Her response was to order almost $500 worth of bloodwork (shock) and then when I showed up for the follow up appt, I waited almost 2 hours for my appointment and they had lost the bloodwork results, but I still had to pay for a "follow up" appt. I love Dr Cherra Pumphrey. I love that she cares and takes time with her patients. Unfortunately, that led to my last appointment being over an hour late. As patients, we are held accountable for being late or missing. It seems there should be something reciprocated when they are going to be more than a half hour late. At the very least, be warned at check in so that we know what to expect and can change plans if necessary..
