Needed a script refill. Left a message three times and no refill was ever called in so I went a week without any medication. Needed a mammogram order. Called and left message, no call back. Called second time was able to talk to a nurse who promised me they would send it over that day. Three days later it still hasn’t been sent so I’ve had to delay my mammogram. Will be finding another doctor.
I love Dr. Gandhi! She is so personable, loving and kind every year when I come back to her! I travel from Gulf Shores, AL just to get her as my OB/gyn! I have also flown from Montana the two years I lived there just to see her as my doctor! I will not go to anyone else but her for my exams and medical attention!
