Terrible Window Company – The company added another 1,170 to the bill saying I authorized the work. I asked for the invoice two to three times to no avail. The owner called me on Christmas Eve, when I was coming from a funeral, asking for his money. He went as far as to ask the check to be made to him personally, rather than the company. I found the business practice to be shady, unprofessional and certainly unethical.

Warranty is not backed – We've had several instances working with CWD since 2002. Recently we've had to go back due to a window replaced in 2002 rotting. When confronted with the problem company will not honor the warranty and replace the window and are saying the problem is due to roof leak and our failure to paint. Roofer, insurance adjustor and 2 other window replacement companies confirm CWD's excuses to avoid replacement are invalid. Great window company – I love this company!!! Everyone is so nice there. I have a son with autism. This awesome company came in and was able to upgrade his windows to where it's not a safety issue for us any longer. They came when they said they would and their work was done with speed and superior quality. If you are considering new windows - I would highly recommend this company.
