9/6/20 Our 13 week old puppies consumed some wild grapes and began vomiting. One became very listless so we took both to this emergency vet. We were told “they will induce vomiting and the vet will see them as soon as possible” and were sent home to wait. That was around 4:30 pm. We called around 6:00 to see how they were and were told they were stable and being watched. We called again around 9:15 pm and were put on hold for 15+ minutes at which time, we hung up and called back. We were then told, the pups were doing well a... read more

I brought my kitten in when she choked on a tortellini she stole from my plate. The staff was very fast, EXTREMELY kind and made sure she was okay! Very pleasant experience

Took almost 2 hours for our cat to get examined for an abscess. Turns out it wasn't infection or anything serious at all. After finding that out, they wouldn't let us just pay and leave, instead we now wait for a prescription of amox to treat an infection that they told us wasn't even there. An hour later we're still in the examination room. Guess I could use this time to reflect on why we decided to come to this clown shop. $104 for a vague examination and I'm not even sure what else they're going to charge us for. Yikes.

I took a stray cat that I found on my porch to this place. It was clinging on to life. I called first they said bring it. They diagnosed it and refused to treat it but said it would benefit from vet care. I told them i was willing to pay although it was a stray. They made me call animal control and turn it over to the animal shelter. Thank goodness the animal shelter said they would treat the cat. They wouldn't let me leave the parking lot until animal control got there either.
