We’re new to the area, and unfortunately our dog Charlie became unexpectedly ill and in pain shortly after we arrived. Dr. Strom and the entire Cherokee Trail team have been absolutely amazing—kind, thorough, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They helped us navigate a stressful situation and made sure our baby received the best possible care and treatment. We are so grateful for this team and can’t thank them enough.
Staff are very caring and accommodating.
All the doctors and staff are genuinely interested in the well-being of and care about our fur babies. They treat them gently and patiently and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
We took our AKC registered lab for her annual exam with the possibility of pregnancy. They told us she wasn't pregnant. Ooops. Wrong. We had vaccinations done. Good thing there was no harm. When the puppies were born we took them for exam and first vaccination at 6 weeks and it wasn't a bad visit, but my paperwork had my name wrong, the date of birth wrong, age wrong, and the diet we fed them wrong on the paperwork to share with the puppies new owners.
