I've been living here for 13yrs and we've had different owners and different management. Since we've had Frances things have been consistent and has made it a better place to live. Hope we continue with Frances so things continue to get better every day.

I've lived here for over 20yrs and this is the first time we've had a manager that cares about our community. Frances Salazar is very professional, great customer service, and very easy to speak with her with any concerns that I have. Thank you Frances.

i've lived here in cherokee trace mobile home park for 10 years now we have had a few mangers sence we have been here and i think we have the best one now if you need anything frances is aways there to help! shes a awesome manger and would not trade her for anything!

I have lived at Cherokee Trace going on ten years now. And even before Cairn Communities took control of park I had no issues and even after Cairn took control the same no issues. As for them going up on rent every few months I don't see it. And the lady's in the office as always been polite to me never rude as some have said. I like the fact they did redo the road and have trimmed the trees. I would tell all my friends to stay at Cherokee Trace if space is available but they are so good there is none that's how good it is h... read more
