We were traveling from Wilmington and found a piece hanging down from under the truck. The mechanic took us right in, removed the piece quickly so we could be on our way free of charge.Thankful for the peace of mind and kindness.
Louisville shops closed on Sunday and Sam's Club refused the service. We were able to make it into Cherokee, 1,200 miles from home. Cheyenne was super helpful and Malachai had our battery replaced in under 20 minutes!
Amazing service with a smile - what a pleasant surprise! We were in Cherokee for the day and had late evening plans there. Our Audi Q5 threw us a curveball with an electrical system alert and we were worried about getting back home (about 50 miles away) after our planned event. So I pulled into Cherokee Tire & Auto Repair at 3ish. They found a snapped Serpentine belt, went to Bryson City to pick up a new belt, and had us back on the road less than 2 hours after our arrival. I can't imagine that happening anywhere else!
Was visiting from SC car just lost power, they ran diagnostic test needed a throttle body had part delivered and I was out in less than 2 hours . Staff was very friendly and mechanic was very good . I wish we had a shop back home like them. I would give them 10 stars
