Have been waiting now almost 3 weeks for a permit to set mobile on my property. HOA does not respond to my emails or phone calls. My waiting expenses exceed $ 100.00 a day. The application is so simple a 5th grader could understand and sign off on but they claim an Architectural committee must sign off one. Yes right does that justify the $ 200.00 permit fee ? They hi Jack you right off the bat with a $200.00 permit fee just to move in a mobile home. All they do is take 3 minutes to review size etc. in your written permit. Totally unscrupulous thief's here. Then pay 50.00 dues for nothing. $6700.00 sewer and water tap.

Can anybody tell me how much it runs to connect sewer and water to a mobile home???
The water company for just this association is too high. You get billed $150.00 month even if you don't use the water. The whole place has went to the devil. Places torn up or burnt down. Be careful if you leave your house for a night or weekend, or you may get home & find it has been broken into or vandalized. Not a place to raise children.
pay dues, the office is only open Saturdays 9-1. not accessable
group not very professional, water service is most expensive water in America over $1500 usage fee yearly
