This is a fantastic group of people. I only store items in conditioned buildings and the Cherokee Self Storage units, in Elizabethton, TN, are clean and well maintained. There are no requests the Owners/Staff ever thought was an inconvenience. Once on the 4th of July holiday, the Owners dropped what they were doing in order to help me when a move-in.
