Entered the store, and I thought I was alone. I looked at a few racks, working my way through the middle of the store. I looked up at two employees staring at me. I said hello and smiled. Only one of them spoke, but barely parted their lips. No one asked if I needed assistance or who I worked for. The vibe was way off, so I decided to leave. It's a shame because they are heavily stocked.

I went in to purchase scrubs for my mom. I received no help from the blonde headed girl. She did not have a name tag on. I walked in and she did not greet me. She had a mean mug on her face like “why are you here”. I told her the brand I was looking for and color. She responded “yeah I don’t know they are over there or we don’t have them”. Would not recommend at all. This is the only place I can order a jacket from for my radiology program and I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience with them. Placed the order Sep 6, got a text that it was ready on Oct 5, but when I got there they told me my name wasn’t on when I paid for the logo and my name. So I obviously told them to send it back to the embroidery place since my name needs to be on it. I've had nothing but a horrible experience dealing with them. Poorly staffed, horrible communication, poor management. Received the wrong order.
