We had a nightmare experience with Cherokee. The owner was especially disrespectful, even though he managed to add $3,200 to his estimate on the recommendation of the concrete contractor. Part of that price tag was spent without even contacting us before spending our cash. The men who did the actual work on the pool were great -- courteous, informational and professional.
