I purchased a weapon and had it shipped to this location. I called weekly for 2 months to see if it arrived. Each time I called they reported it hadn't arrived. It turned out, it arrived the same week I ordered it. Now, I requested a refund. 1 week later and they still have not shipped it back, holding up my refund.
