I’ve been trying to learn more from this place since the center opened and I have never found them to be very helpful, unfortunately. When I came in, they did direct me to ancestry and fold3, however, I am a citizen and my ancestry is done, I was trying to find resources to learn more about specific periods, once I made that known, they didn’t seem interested in helping me. A good research facility. A very kind knowledgeable reference librarian was at the front desk. Not a huge facility, but there was a good amount of space to curl up with one of the resources. If you are traveling and don't have a computer, there are a couple on-site for you to use. Be advised, to make an appointment to look at the collection. The only bad thing that I found is there are no walk in appointments.
