I was extremely disappointed in my visit here. The receptionist was very rude during our entire conversation. I was sent here from Tahlequah and then told something different after I came here. It seems like there is no continuity in treatment within Cherokee Nation.
I love the Cherokee nation for providing my family with free healthcare. The staff are wonderful and make us feel welcome.
Not bad, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The pediatricians and wic employees are really nice. Sometimes i can tell the front desk or scheduling ladies are tired but they’re never rude. Appointments can be slow sometimes and other times not.
This place needs get it together they never answer there phones or return my call its not very nice can't treat own tribe right not very respectful at all
