Missed a crucial mental health appointment because no one in the place can be contacted. They don’t listen and aren’t helpful at the desk. They clearly don’t care about your mental health and are only concerned with getting their checks
Good luck getting your actual prescriptions and the correct doses. My appointment got canceled last minute by my provider and then the earliest appointment was 2 months out. Find another place if you can. This place doesn’t care. It shouldn’t take 4 months to get your prescription fixed. A prescription that I’ve been on for 3 years. Jacquline’s scheduling nurse is rude and does nothing. She didn’t even call to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I had to call her multiple times to find out why I wasn’t seen.
