First of all, I want to say this rating is for the office, not Dr. Cox. I love Dr. cox, she is very kind and very thorough with her patient care. I believe my issue stems from the person answering the text messages for her. I had been to the doctor and completed my follow up and all test results were back and dr cox and I had discussed them; my prescriptions were up to date. any tests that she wanted me to have, i had let her know my insurance wouldn't cover them, or I just hadn't gotten to complete them yet.
