I have a 24’ aluminum toy hauler and have been so happy with this trailer. 2 years in I found a small weld defect and contacted them and they said bring it up we will fix it no charge. Real American business who understand building customers and keeping customers. I will buy from them again.
I bought an 18ft Cherokee Manufacturing trailer from a friend who used it to haul a jeep . He bent one of the ramps loading his jeep while under the influence!! I bought the trailer , straightened the ramp and have been using it for 2 years, uneventful. It developed a rattle on the side that the bent ramp was on, so I called Ronnie (owner) at Cherokee and he told me to bring it in and he’d take care of it.
