Very quick response time. We had a technician in our office repairing our issue within a hour. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff is very polite and the service technicians always respond in a timely fashion. They are very knowledgeable and helpful I am very pleased with my relationship with this company and give them a good recommendation.
Installed new HVAC system Model: RP1436AJ1NA - RH1T3617STANJA and charged me $4500; after looking up the parts brand new I found out the cost for the parts were $1,994.98. So I was charged $2505.02 for Labor. These guys are a scam. Also My unit had to be serviced by real HVAC men and was told I was overcharged and the work was not on PAR. At this point I don't even think they replaced what they say. No warranty work given.... I would not recommend.
