If I could give this a zero star I would. I was supposed to stay here with my family and friends in a week and a half. With absolutely no notice they have shut their doors with no sight of any refund.
Their customer service is not professional, highly unkind. We had to leave early due to a family emergency and we were told that we would get a refund. We checked out at 9:30am and I even asked about the refund. ******* who my wife and I spoke to on the phone before checking out, stated We can give you your money back. So we left. It was a credit, we would have stayed or agreed to it. When I went in to check out and give the room keys back, ******* stated that the refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days.
