I have never had a business act this way towards me. I went there today to spray my dump trailer and truck off. I only brought my trailer to spray the dust off it and there was a white Toyota Tacoma pull in in front of the coin changer. As I was spraying off my truck the creepy little man kept staring at me from inside his truck. When I pulled up to spray my trailer off, he jumped out and said your not spraying the trailer off here. Crappy car wash. Paid for the ultimate wash, wheels are still dirty, tailgate is dirty. I could have done a better job just hosing down my truck.
I pulled into bay 1 and used my debit card. It charged me $15 but never came on. I used what quarters I had to rinse my car off. I messaged the owner, Patrick Lambert, twice and explained what happened. No response so far.
Got charged 15 bucks for a 4 and 1/2 minute self-serve rinse!! **Editing to say it looks like it was a pre-auth overcharge. They should really have signage up for this but the ending charge ended up being $2.75 for under 5 minutes.
