Crappy car wash. Paid for the ultimate wash, wheels are still dirty, tailgate is dirty. I could have done a better job just hosing down my truck.
I pulled into bay 1 and used my debit card. It charged me $15 but never came on. I used what quarters I had to rinse my car off. I messaged the owner, Patrick Lambert, twice and explained what happened. No response so far.
Got charged 15 bucks for a 4 and 1/2 minute self-serve rinse!! **Editing to say it looks like it was a pre-auth overcharge. They should really have signage up for this but the ending charge ended up being $2.75 for under 5 minutes.
Auto wash does not rinse fully, leaving soap on the vehicle. The machine leaks water from a bad water line which tells me there is no maintenance to the business. I do not recommend the auto wash at all. The vacuums also do not provide adequate suction to clean your interior.
