Unfortunately- this 1 star is for the billing department. We were traveling out of state, through the mountains, when my son fell extremely ill and set us into this hospital. No offer of cash paying at time of visit was offered. Our insurance was never billed, even with giving all of that information. Months later we received a high outstanding bill. They offered a cash discount but when trying to call and pay that price (as you cannot pay that price online) I was unable to connect with anyone in the office. I work and recei... read more
The nicest emergency room that I have ever been to. The staff, nurses, doctors and X-ray technicians were all AMAZING!
