From coordinating the crane to place the unit on the roof to replacing the entire indoor unit in a very confined space, Jason excelled at every task. He was on time and stayed late into the night on a Saturday to complete the job to his high standards. He took precautions to protect the flooring in our unit and was meticulous in clean-up.
