Jason did very professional job installing our Mitsubishi split system. Prompt and organized. Answered all our questions and was very helpful with GA Power rebate application.
We have called on Cherokee HVAC and Steve has made repairs previously. We have always been more than satisfied with his knowledge of HVAC and service. Today, Jason came out (Saturday morning) and fixed our almost 32 year old furnace for $230. Amazing! I was certain we would be told we needed a new furnace. Honest and reliable. I will always call Cherokee for my HVAC needs!
I have now used Cherokee HVAC on multiple occasions and have always appreciated their professionalism, timeliness, and thorough explanations. They didn’t try to upsell me and one time, they didn’t even charge me because the issue with my AC was so minor. I would definitely recommend them!

Steve is the only HVAC contact I will ever call on. Very professional, and high quality. In an industry that has an abundance of crooks, I trust Steve. He has been amazing while helping us get our system back up and cooling the house for my kids. He goes the extra mile to make you feel important and do everything possible to help asap. On a 100 degree day at 6pm he helped work us in on top of his normal schedule. I’m beyond grateful for his help - don’t think twice if you need your AC fixed get with Steve
