Always loved going here until recently, seems like customer care is not a high priority anymore! I’ve been 5 weeks with my medication (no fault of mine) only to find out they have not been sending in the correct paperwork! Tried to talk to the office manager today but was told she is getting her taxes filed!
My mother has severe memory loss , as well as other things. She went to this practice one time and they referred her to 5 different doctors and none took her ins. We had to find another ins and another specialist. When she called to have paperwork sent the lady who does the referrals was very rude with her and lettering her for only seeing them 1 time. They have a fantastic group of professionals to care for your health. Wait times are minimal, yet they take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure you have what you need to address them. I’ve never had better care for my health. Very thankful. Highly recommend.
