Cherokee Electric is FANTASTIC! In a time where customers are complaining about those other power companies for soaring prices, Cherokee Electric has maintained their integrity and decency. My power bills are affordable. My calls are always answered if we have a problem or an outage. I am thankful for Cherokee Electric!
They said deposit goes by credit score.my grandaughter has a perfect score and still has to pay highest deposit.
Poor infrastructure insane amount of power outages
The employees who work for Cherokee Electric are very nice, courteous, and will get your power back on as fast as they possibly can if it is within their means. Good people. I have no complaints with the company's employees. Everyone from the receptionist to the line people have been outstanding. With that being said, since 2022, our location, off hwy 278, has had 72 power surges, that has destroyed multiple appliances, electrical equipment and devices.
