Current, now former customer. Service experience is less than adequate. Incorrect information provided on the phone when scheduling service. After driving 2 hours expecting a loaner vehicle one was not offered. A "rental" was offered for multi day service and I am not willing to pay for. "Someone has to pay for it" was an answer given by the service manager. I'm sorry but the revenue from the actual service is how it's paid. I had a great experience with Christian and his team! I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. They got my car taken care of quickly, kept me informed, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
