This is going to be a long one so here we go. The first time i went a few years ago, I needed regular lug nuts instead of locking lug nuts because the dealer i bought my car from didn't give me the key and was too far away for me to go back. While I was there I asked them to rotate my tires. They charged me for tire rotation but didn't do it. I purchased 4 new tires from Cherokee Toyota in January because they were running a promotion that ended up being cheaper than Costco, where I normally buy my tires. Unfortunately, shortly after the installation, my 4Runner didn’t feel like it was driving properly at highway speeds. Cherokee Co. Toyota offers tremendous deals a few times a year on full synthetic oil changes (the only kind of oil they offer) that includes a Toyota branded oil filter, so I regularly have them service my Tacoma and 4Runner. Their service advisors are very honest and never try to upset you things you don't need or services that can wait a while longer. My service adviser is Josh Trainer and he's anreally nice and honest guy. Always a pleasure to see him for routine maintenance of my Toyotas.
