They have blown through every single deadline /delivery estimate by weeks. This job was a 3 day job. We are 6 weeks waiting for the vehicle. No calls, no callbacks. Tried to claim couldn't get parts. I, the owner, can get parts, but not the shop? Apparently they discovered after 3 weeks parts were not ordered. Gave me a rental on their dime for 3 weeks.
