I loved my experience there today. Front desk staff were lovely and happy to help explain the lab work. (When I had no idea what some of it was about). Lab nurse was pleasant and amazing.
The two young ladies that work the front office are not competent enough to be working in this environment. They fail to disclose important details and are not at all forward thinkers.
The receptionist is rude and unkind when speaking to individuals who work in the health industry. A young lady called from a company and she immediately got testy and unpleasant with her. A few minutes later someone else called maybe patient and she was as kind as can be.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Was in and out in no time. Very competent.
