All things being equal, I think Cherokee electric has done a stellar job under very difficult circumstances. It WOULD be nice to be able to actually get to speak to a live person when calling in. The telephone tree is really quite frustrating. However, after reading 51 other reviews, I don't think I'd want to be the person answering the phone. It'd be enough to make you want to quit and get a job working lost luggage claims at the airport.
