Been with them for 18 years and its the most expensive electric company. You will get shut off and a $530 fee added to your bill if not paid within 10 days of due date, Even if you always pay every month. The service is mediocre, it goes out during rain storms, when the wind blows too hard or when a squirrel urinates on the line. Extremely expensive and you get to deal with really rude employees. Unfortunate we have no choice on who we use for electric service.

Fair consistent prices. Their techs are knowledgeable and well trained. Their office staff was kind and helpful to me. Phone support is good. Their website could probably use some work though.
Very prompt service and very helpful in getting repairs completed that same day. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.
