Not good house
I can't speak to living here because we didn't get that far. They asked for us to complete a background check like any apartment for $70 before we could read the terms of the lease. We were then denied because our dog weighs over 40lbs. They hide the "terms" behind a pay to see veil and then deny to collect easy money.
Management is terrible and childish make sure your not a min late on rent or the manager will harass you by banging on all doors and then force entry to give you a 7 day notice
Awful management/ac leaks/ lifted and wet wood panel floors.
