Awesome experience. Mrs. Carrie Duncan was instrumental and clutch in getting the deal pushed forward to ensure a seamless transfer. All parties were satisfied, which was the main goal. Thank you.
Absolutely the worst experience my family and I have had!!!! Ms. Carrie Duncan did not seek to fulfill the wishes of the parties (both seller and buyer are related), and let her ego almost ruin a deal made well before they were hired. They were advised there wasn't much to try to seek out extra funds on because the parties were in agreement with the stipulations to push the land sale forward. I found for the most part the people were friendly, except Miss Brittney our closer, she was rude and was not at all helpful to me, Like I do this everyday. She was blunt, slow, never able to get ahold of her, and the closing cost was all on me, despite me asking if we were going to split it equally, we'll that question , like many others were ignored.
