Dave and team are outstanding. I highly recommend their office for counsel and representation in lemon law and related warranty matters
David and Micheal were awesome with helping me get an amazing deal for my lemon of a Jeep. On the day I picked up the buy back check at the dealership, the GM came out and said "who is your lawyer?...as I have never seen a deal this good from FCA, ever!" Yes, the process can take a very long time, but these guys are pros and will get you way more than if you attempted by yourself.

Expect to wait months for any response in communication, if you get a response at all. Told me the day before the court hearing that he would not be there and an associate I had never met or communicated with before would be representing me. Does not respect clients’ time.
