It was a pleasure working with Chernin HVAC. They were timely, efficient, and very easy to deal with.
I was disappointed to learn that this company charges $250 just for an estimate to convert my heating system from oil to gas. I’ve always believed that estimates are meant to be free so potential customers can decide whether to move forward with the service. I completely respect that every company has its own policies, but I find it surprising, especially since I wasn’t asking for a repair — just a cost estimate for a conversion. Best reliable Hvac company out there, best customer service, fast service. pleasure to deal with
Eli and his team installed two units (compressors and air handlers) in my house — one in the basement and one in the attic. Despite the large amount of work involved, including removing the old units, everything was completed in a single day with minimal disruption. After the installation was finished and the crew had left, Eli took extra time to make sure both the cooling and heating systems were working as expected. Overall: highly professional, excellent quality, and great respect for the homeowner. Strongly recommend.
