My experience at Chermside Dental Care was exceptional. I attended the clinic for multiple procedures and follow ups over a period of a year and each time the staff was always professional, friendly, and most importantly to me, honest. I found out about this dental clinic through a friend who recommended I see Dr Albert Lin for a wisdom tooth consult. I previously paid a large fee to see a specialist who recommended I remove all 4 wisdom teeth, which would require jaw/bone removal due to their positioning. I was hesitant to proceed with that option due to the cost and intensity. I highly recommend this clinic. I see Dr Angela Gao and she is always fantastic. I have been slowly working on a treatment plan, and Dr Gao is always non-judgemental, professional, extremely competent and eases any nerves. She always keeps me well informed about the process and is transparent about the best treatment options, prices etc. The dental assistant is also excellent! Hello, I don’t usually leave reviews, but this office definitely deserves one! I had two infections in my wisdom teeth, and I was able to get same-day appointments for extractions right after I called. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank Dr. Lin, who was incredibly kind and highly professional. He made an effort to speak with me because I’m French—which immediately put me at ease. I have been attending Chermside Dental Care clinic since 1974, travelling at first from Wavell Heights, then from Burpengary for the last 24 years. Over the years I have had a range of dental treatments. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. From the receptionists, nursing assistants and all staff there I have had nothing but friendliness and caring. The dentists are exceptional and other members of my family will attest to this.
