Horrible staff refused upstairs room, refused refund and placed me in room opposite reception and excessive noise, all women downstairs and men upstairs as we favour men, AGAINST. Y WILL
I wish to thank the manager who made sure our son’s booking and stay at Chermside recently was a easy book in and the room was nice and clean , good old fashioned service , highly recommended
Chermside Court has a very caring and friendly Manager Team that go above and beyond their duty. Although we didn't stay at this accommodation, I had mistakenly told the cabbie the wrong address. The Manager was in the carpark when we pulled up and immediately took charge asking did we have the right address as she had just taken in the last guest. I loved my stay here. The managers, Natasha and Dennis, were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size with a microwave, sink and fridge. Great location close to Westfield Chermside and Prince Charles Hospital. 5 stars
