Chermside Court has a very caring and friendly Manager Team that go above and beyond their duty. Although we didn't stay at this accommodation, I had mistakenly told the cabbie the wrong address. The Manager was in the carpark when we pulled up and immediately took charge asking did we have the right address as she had just taken in the last guest. As we were somewhat travel weary (up since 4am) and tired from pre op from (10:30am to 3:30pm) the Manager asked to check the phone number & asked to ring the number to clarify ou... read more
I loved my stay here. The managers, Natasha and Dennis, were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size with a microwave, sink and fridge. Great location close to Westfield Chermside and Prince Charles Hospital. 5 stars
Clean, comfortable rooms with microwave and kettle, reception even has a small selection of grocery essentials available for purchase.
Do not stay here, rooms smell of MOLD! & The mold is visible. You can't escape the mold either, no sound insulation from outside or inside. Can hear people in the lobby, doors slamming, laundry & then the noise outside, with the windows & doors closed. There's not enough parking , 5 spaces so if you miss out or leave it's limited street parking. Reception seemed fake friendly, 20 minutes after I checked in as a solo female, the male reception tried to open my door :| as a "mistake." All round uncomfortable experience & way o... read more
