After a full knee re-construction I needed transport home to get up 64 stairs. Because I live alone and have no-one to assist I was really nervous. The team were amazing! They had the confidence that I didn't and kept me calm throughout the entire process. Their professional attitude and genuine compassion put me at ease. Thank you! Transported from BPH to Kelvin Grove 31/8.
Thanks to Paramedic Paul and his female colleague for their caring transport of my Father yesterday. This team was calm, competent and reassuring at the end of a stressful visit to the Emergency Dept. Thanks team. LOVE your work!
Lovely people. Very kind and thoughtful. Very thorough and professional
