Cherity had a client who was at risk of losing their home, and where typical refinancing was not feasible, so rather than walking away she found a solution that enabled them to stay in the home. Working actively with the client, current lender, and a Rent-To-Own company, she pulled everything together and followed through to a successful result despite numerous complications and delays that required extra attention and effort.
