Whilst the care is as professional and caring as expected, they have an incredible reluctance to provide scripts, preferring to provide medication themselves. One can only assume that this is to make money on the margin.
I left my puppy with this service and had raised my concerns about this legs. When o received my puppy and car back they were on a worse condition than what I left them in. I had trusted them with the care of my loved animal and now can't recover from my own trauma and stresses. Do not trust these people with the care of your " cherished pets" I am an excellent pet owner and my pets are so gentle and kind. They have been neglected. And my puppy could barely walk. Huge thank you to Dr Leanne for her incredible kindness and compassion as she helped us send our 15yo fur baby Lexie to sleep, peacefully and with dignity in her own bed. This is truly a special service and made an extraordinarily difficult time that much better- from the moment we booked, until Dr Leanne gently transported Lexie away. Would recommend in a heartbeat if you are at this stage with your beloved pet.
The most amazing vets & nurses. So much better than other vets in the Bellarine area. Would not take my pets anywhere else.
