I strongly discourage anyone from using this all-inclusive “collective” service. When we originally zoomed with Lauren Smith, the owner, also the owner of EventSmith Wedding Planning, we asked if there would be more than one person in her company working with us should anything go wrong the day of. Having a wedding at the springs venue, and they are very hands off (which is good) because you can choose your own vendors. They made a good referral to these wedding coordinators. They offer an attractive all inclusive package, unfortunately after multiple times trying to contact we never were able to have an actual conversation.
