Dawn & jade were absolutely fantastic at Cherished bridal. They have so much patience & will listen to all your ideas to help find your perfect dress. Dawn & jade provide a calm, judgement free environment. I attended an appointment with my mum, Nan & sister and they too have nothing but nice things to say! Thank you ladies for making my first ever wedding dress trying on experience so so wonderful. Would 100% recommend to anyone xxx

Really sad experience - my dress was sold, and I was never informed. I've barely had an apology, let alone an explanation as to how this happened .. this back and forth has been going on for over a year, and the owner just fobs me off each time. They even tried to avoid issuing payment, claiming they didn't have my details. So disappointing as I didn't want to leave a negative review, but when you can't trust a business, I feel it's only fair for others to make an informed decision on whether to use them. I only needed to look for my dress in one bridal shop and this was the one. Dawn and Jade are so lovely, they put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this family ran business for anyone looking for their dress.
