The experience was traumatizing to me. I love supporting my black businesses, but the level of professionalism was sketchy. I booked my appointment while the spa was under renovation, so I agreed to do mobile spa. Whatever that means, I agreed to have the process done at my home the day of the appointment, the owner or person providing services which never called or gave me her name Text me to say that she would be 30 minutes late. Feeling Queenly after my V-Steam at Cherish Spa. I called for same day service and was pleasantly surprised that there was availability. This is my year of yes, so I'm dedicated to expose myself to new experiences. The owner, Cherish was extremely polite and helped me better understand the process and its benefits. While the building is a bit dated, the ambiance within the spa is inviting. Jazz tunes, low lighting and wine... this was definitely a 5-star experience! Thank you Cherish!
