Amanda at Cherie Sustainable Bridal was amazing. I walked in, extremely nervous as a plus size bride and afraid I wouldn’t find anything that made me feel beautiful. I was greeted by Amanda who was expecting me and knew my name. She made me feel like the experience was 100% my own, she asked me if I’d like to show each dress to my guests, and she didn’t make me feel at all uncomfortable or insecure as she helped me in and out of dresses. I highly recommend Cherie Sustainable Bridal! I had the best experience with Allie. She was kind and took her time to find me a dress I absolutely love. I am so happy that I was able to find a perfect gown while supporting a great organization.
I started my bridal journey here a year ago and although it is for a great cause and a beautiful shop I feel the need to warn other brides. I was sold a dress with the false impression that the alterations would be cheap and easy. I went to the recommended seamstress, to whom said the alterations were extreme and $2K. When I returned to the shop to express my frustration (and heartbreak) they said they couldn't accept the return and would have to bring it up to "corporate". My mother and I had great service during the appointment. I left with a beautiful dress that could be altered and made into exactly what I wanted for my wedding day.
