I will never go back. I went in requesting medium brown on top and red peekaboo underneath. When she was done with me I had blonde roots and the top was tangerine orange and the peekaboos were black. She reaches out to me 4 days later to check on my hair. Strange right? She knows what she did. Then she wanted me to come back to fix it. For what she already made a mess out of it. She not once offered me a refund. BEWARE OF THIS BEAUTICIAN.
ABSOLUTELY TRY CHERIE FOR BEAUTY NEEDS!!! Finding quality hair salons in the Eau Claire area is difficult and typically I would go to larger cities to get my hair done. Cherie's salon is very clean. She carries professional haircare products (Paul Mitchell). Her demeanor is welcoming and kind. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all even though I was roughly 2 years overdue for a haircut!
