OVER THE PAST YEAR, IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY LAST APPT. WITH DR HINCHLIFFE, I WAS HOSPITALIZED AND HAVE BEEN UNDER CONSTANT SUPERVISION BY SPECIALISTS FOR MY MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS. DR.
