My niece came there for her first OB appointment. She was unaware that the first ultrasound was transvaginal. Instead of explaining that transvaginal ultrasounds are normal for first trimesters and dating when she asked about it, Dr. Ritchie makes the unprofessional uncouth comment of, “well do you want to do it (the ultrasound) yourself”. Yea, she transferred her care to another provider. Sadly, I said I told you so, for it’s known around the city that the attitudes in this office is atrocious.
