Cheri Young with Compass went above and beyond in selling our lake home. She staged it beautifully, handled every detail, and made what could have been an emotional process feel seamless and stress-free. Her negotiation skills helped us secure an excellent price while keeping the sell cost-effective, ultimately making us the most money possible. We highly recommend Cheri for anyone buying or selling—she is truly exceptional.

Cheri is amazing! She made our home buying process enjoyable. She worked long hours to accommodate the 13 -hour time zone difference as we were living out of the country before the Woodlands. Highly recommend Cheri!
