The owner Lou explained the requirements for my addition and remodeling projects clearly. He was kind and honest enough to explain options. I know just enough to recognize his expertise.
When it came time to do a renovation, Cheramy Builders made the entire process a breeze. We had some basic ideas that they listened to, but their ideas/suggestions were 10x better! They provided us with updates and kept the communication strong. CBI and their contractors were friendly, professional and efficient. We are so incredibly happy and will use them again!
