I would give this dealership 0 stars if that was an option. I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus 18 months ago. I can confirm that James' service when I was looking to purchase the car was seamless. However, 5 months into ownership, the engine on my car was flooded with anti-freeze and required major reconditioning of the engine. new parts from Ford etc, the full works. Stumbled across this location whilst coming away disappointed from viewing another dealer's 2 cars from our "hit list". We were looking for an automatic SUV, and Gavin caught us peeking into his roadside stock. My new place to work on my car. Extremely happy with the service. They have worked on my abarth and Peugeot. Have had many issues with other garages but these guys are great. Was able to diagnose and fix my issue when so many other garages were just doing bodge jobs. Definitely use these guys you won't be disappointed.
